So I have done something I have wanted to do for a while.  I have ordered a HRM.  WHOOT!!!!  I can't believe how many are out there, nothing more overwhelming than reading reviews, watching YouTube clips and getting the best deal out there.  In the end I decided on a Polar FT7.  Now I need to wait for the postman.


Its going to be insightful to see exactly how many calories I will be burning and being able to be in the "zone" best for fat burning.  We will see how I go.
At present I have been using My Fitness Pal.  It has been an invaluable tool.  I have learnt so much about what exactly I have been putting into my mouth.

Must eat everything !!!!

The thought of the looming diet just around the corner has made me feeling very hungry, especially for junk! like Snickers or cream filled cake.  Must eat everything !!!  Well I shouldn't, but today I did :(  So it felt like anyway.
I polished off a snickers in 3 bites, so shameful but so delicious.  Why can't they be low cal hahahaha.   Even though they aren't low cal, these would be a far better option to eat.  In fact I might make some tomorrow.
Tonight the kids have gone to bed and I have a killer sweet tooth that I am hoping to curb with a cup of tea and a few drops of stevia.  Something a little bit different than the Milo I would be having right now, with a few biscuits.
Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully no naughty sweet treats.

So today marks a new day...again.  Round 4 with Michelle Bridges 12 Body Transformation.  I signed up again last night with kick off happening in 21 days.  I am actually really looking forward to it, hoping to approach it differently this time. 

Having doing round 2 for 6 excellent weeks then lapsing back to my old ways.  Its so easy to have that little chocky bar at night or a few chips.  No matter what it is, I gave up in the end.  

This time I signed up early to do the pre season in my own time at a steady pace, rather than joining up a few days into it and rushing.  

I have my goals set and plan of attack in my head.  No to execute them ;)  


I woke up this morning energized so I headed off for a bike ride to the gym and smashed out 30 minutes on the treadmill and elliptical trainer, then rode home, all before the kids went to school.  YAY me!!!


Its amazing how well you feel after a smash first thing.  Looking forward to a walk tomorrow.
